At Autostar Heavy Duty we offer a warranty that covers one-year/unlimited miles from the original purchase date. We will only authorize this warranty if the product was installed properly and had regular maintenance. Please read this Warranty Policy carefully as it will help you understand how we investigate and award the warranty on our products. You agree that by purchasing products from Autostar Heavy Duty, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the warranty policy. If you do not agree with the terms in this Warranty Policy, then you are expressly prohibited from purchasing from Autostar Heavy Duty and you must discontinue use immediately.

All warranty claims must be authorized by calling/emailing Autostar Heavy Duty prior to the turbocharger/part removal from the vehicle, equipment, truck, etc. All units sold/built by Autostar Heavy Duty are warranted against defects in our workmanship and materials.

This is subject to limitations and exclusions and is usually determined on a case-by-case basis. Autostar Heavy Duty has the right to investigate all warranty claims to their fullest ability. This may include photos, videos, documents, receipts, proof of maintenance, proof of proper installation, proof of oil change /filter service, proof of air cleaner/ DPF & EGR Inspection, etc. The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable. We repair or replace turbochargers based on the type of issue/warranty that the customer claims.

Autostar Heavy Duty will not give a warranty for a part/turbocharger if any part of the engine’s aftermarket system is disabled or deleted. Additionally, if there is extra damage to the turbocharger that goes beyond what the warranty covers, this will be subject to investigation. The warranty is also void if the turbocharger was not installed correctly or didn’t receive proper maintenance. If the turbocharger didn’t have enough oil, had the wrong oil, or the oil was contaminated, the warranty will not apply. Overheating during operation or any damage caused by a foreign object or impact will also result in no warranty coverage.

After you send your turbocharger, we will investigate and resolve your claim within 1-3 business days. We will reach out to the person listed on the Warranty Document, and that person must match the original purchaser. We may request additional documents or proof, such as photos, videos, receipts, proof of maintenance, proper installation, oil changes, filter services, air cleaner inspections, or DPF & EGR inspections. Once the investigation is complete, we will provide you with a warranty report and our conclusion. If the claim is approved, a credit, refund, or replacement will be given, depending on the specific case.
