Return Policy

You agree that by purchasing products from AutoStar Heavy Duty, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the return policy. If you do not agree with the terms in this Return Policy, then you are expressly prohibited from purchasing AutoStar Heavy Duty and you must discontinue use immediately.
AutoStar Heavy Duty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. All items must be in original packaging and original condition. We do not accept items that show signs of wear, installation, or use. All returns with go through a return/cancel request. In this request we may ask for pictures of the item and a brief description of what went wrong. To start a cancel request please click on the button below. You will be able to track your refund through your AutoStar account.
- Items sold by AutoStar Heavy Duty are subject to:
- A 20% stocking fee that may apply to your returned order
- Shipping fees for returns
- Returns allowed on full priced items for US customers within 14 days period
- No parts are allowed to be returned beyond 14 days from invoice date
- Made to order items are not returnable
- Damaged or incorrect items sent to customer must be reported within five business days to be eligible for a refund or exchange
