You agree that by purchasing products from AutoStar Heavy Duty you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the shipping policy, if you do not agree with the terms in this shipping policy and you must discontinue use immediately.

Expedited Shipping

AutoStar Heavy Duty offers Next Day shipping with an additional charge and 2-Day expedited shipping option with an additional charge. Charges will be calculated at checkout. Expedited orders must be placed by 12pm CST to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on the weekends will ship the following business day.

Economy Transit times

  • Northeast: 3-5
  • Midwest: 1-3
  • South: 1-3
  • West: 3-5
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rice and territories of the United States: 14-21 business days

International Shipping

All duties and taxes are non refundable. Customers located outside the continental US will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from AutoStar Heavy Duty are bound by these terms. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for all risk of loss and damage of products being shipping for return, exchange, or replacement. Please insure shipment in case of loss or damage.
