The part you are purchasing has a core charge. The core charge deposit is charged at the time of purchase. When the core is returned and received in our system, the charge is refunded back to the original form of payment. Please contact us with any questions.

Returning the Core

• The customer has 30 days from invoice date to return core. Cores returned after will not receive credit unless otherwise approved.
• Freight costs are the customers responsibility
• Cores sent back that do not match the part purchased will not be given credit unless otherwise approved prior to return.
• Cores sent back that do not match the part purchased will not be given credit unless otherwise approved prior to return.
• The core processing and inspection may take up to 5 business days. The processing time will not be deducted from core credit as long as the postage date was within the 30 days.
• Core must be returned in assembled, rebuildable condition, cores not meeting rebuildable criteria will not receive credit.
